KANTER advised Havsfrun Investment AB in connection with its principal owners’ sale of shares to Aeternum Capital AS and Sport Fund Partnership, resulting in Aeternum and SFP becoming new major shareholders in Havsfrun.
Aeternum acquired shares corresponding to 47.6 percent of the share capital and 29.5 percent of the votes in Havsfrun, while SFP acquired shares corresponding to 6.6 percent of the share capital and 28.8 percent of the votes, at a price of SEK 12.70 per share.
Havsfrun is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and has approximately 8,500 shareholders. Aeternum is a Norwegian investment fund investing in listed and unlisted Nordic companies with a long-term and active ownership approach. SFP invests in Nordic companies and Swedish sports-related projects.
