SELATEK continues its strong growth journey with the completion of five acquisitions of established electrical and installation companies in southern Sweden. The acquisitions include Växjö Eltjänst, Eltjänst Syd, Västerviks Elektriska, Lammhults El and Eltjänst Älmhult.
The acquisitions form part of SELATEK’s strategy to build a leading technology group with a strong local presence and high technical expertise across electrical, security and automation services. Through the five acquisitions, SELATEK strengthens its geographic footprint across several locations in Småland and Skåne, while also establishing itself in Västervik for the first time.
Växjö Eltjänst is a full-service provider of electrical installation services to both business and private customers. Eltjänst Syd is a well-managed electrical installation company operating in Skåne. Västerviks Elektriska is a full-service provider of electrical installation services, with a broad service offering and a strong local market position in Västervik. Lammhults El is a well-established electrical installation company with a strong local position in Lammhult’s industrial market. The acquisition adds further industrial competence to SELATEK’s offering. Eltjänst Älmhult is a well-established electrical installation company with a strong local market position and a broad offering in electrical installations and service in Älmhult.
