KANTER advised TomBact AB in connection with its acquisition of a controlling stake of approximately 17 percent of the shares and 34 percent of the votes in Bactiguard Holding AB. TomBact AB is wholly owned by Thomas von Koch and its principal assets consist of its shareholding in Bactiguard.
