Corporate/M&A – Michael Krusin specializes in private M&A and IT. Corporate / M&A – Karl Eklund’s practice focuses on private M&A with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital. Employment, Dispute Resolution – Erik Danhard specializes in employment and labour law, where he provides traditional and strategic advice on business acquisitions, outsourcing, redundancies, work environment investigations, trade secrets, integrity issues, management issues and questions related to Collective Bargaining Agreements. Corporate/Intellectual Property – Charlotta Poehler focuses on intellectual property and commercial law. She started her career over 15 years ago at a large IP boutique law firm in New York. Upon returning to Sweden she built up a practice with focus on legal counsel to businesses with significant intellectual property values especially within fashion and design, life sciences and IT. Charlotta counsels her clients on commercial agreements, the management of and strategies for IP portfolios and the acquisition and sale of companies whose values, to a significant part, are based on intellectual property.
