We have extensive experience in intellectual property across sectors such as design and fashion, life sciences and film/TV. Our copyright practice covers all protectable works – music, literature and text, film and television productions, visual art and design.
We advise on design protection through registered and unregistered design rights and copyright for works of applied art, representing both individual designers and established fashion and design companies. We handle all infringement matters and copyright and design agreements, including cease-and-desist actions, litigation and license, assignment, production and publishing agreements.
We also advise on database protection, an increasingly important asset in a digitalised business environment.
In marketing law, we review advertising and promotional activities, ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations and frequently act in litigation under the Marketing Act.
Our full-service trademark team supports clients throughout the entire trademark lifecycle – selection, clearance, prosecution, licensing, transfer and enforcement – and develops long-term portfolio strategies aligned with their commercial goals. We also manage all types of trademark disputes, including infringement actions, oppositions and invalidations.
