Corporate/M&A -Ulf Johansson has extensive experience of domestic and cross-border transactions, in particular private equity related transactions. Ulf has more than 30 years of practice, primarily providing advice in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, investment funds and general corporate law.
Corporate/M&A – Per Ugge focuses on private M&A, private equity and real estate. Per regularly advises private companies and private equity firms in their M&A work, including real estate, and assists with strategic transactional and general corporate advice. He has acted for several companies in buy-outs, exits and joint ventures.
Corporate/M&A – Michael Krusin specializes in private M&A and IT. Michael regularly represents private investment companies, portfolio companies and owners in a variety of transactional work, and frequently counsels clients with respect to general corporate matters. In addition, Michael’s practise is concentrated on commercial contracts in the IT industry, including procurement, outsourcing, supply and use of IT products and services.
Dispute Resolution/Intellectual Property – Lena Frånstedt Lofalk is highly experienced in different industries where copyright and marketing law is an essential aspect of the business but her practice also includes drafting of contracts and advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters in other industries.
