Corporate / M&A – Karl Eklund’s practice focuses on private M&A with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital. Karl regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on M&A-related work and general corporate advice, as well as founders and entrepreneurs on their exits. In addition to his transactional work, Karl provides strategic advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including structuring incentive programmes and dealing with ownership issues.
