Cecilia Jussi-Pekka
Real Estate – Cecilia specialises in real estate law. She regularly advises and represents property owners, property developers and other companies in the real estate sector on drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as on general real estate law issues arising in connection with property transactions and development projects. Cecilia also provides ongoing advice on tenancy and leasehold matters and other rights of use, and assists clients with drafting and negotiating agreements and with hearings and disputes before the Rent and Leasehold Tribunal and the courts. For the past fifteen years, Cecilia has worked exclusively as a legal adviser to real estate companies and other market participants in the property sector.
