Corporate/M&A – Per Ugge focuses on private M&A, private equity and real estate. Per regularly advises private companies and private equity firms in their M&A work, including real estate, and assists with strategic transactional and general corporate advice. He has acted for several companies in buy-outs, exits and joint ventures.
Real Estate – Cecilia Jussi-Pekka specialises in real estate law. She regularly advises and represents property owners, property developers and other companies in the real estate sector on drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as on general real estate law issues arising in connection with property transactions and development projects. Cecilia also provides ongoing advice on tenancy and leasehold matters and other rights of use, and assists clients with drafting and negotiating agreements and with hearings and disputes before the Rent and Leasehold Tribunal and the courts. For the past fifteen years, Cecilia has worked exclusively as a legal adviser to real estate companies and other market participants in the property sector.
Real Estate and Construction – Johannes leads the firm’s construction and infrastructure team and is also part of KANTER’s real estate practice group. He has extensive experience of assisting real property owners and developers in all aspects of infrastructure and real property development projects, including zoning plans, permitting, public procurement, construction contracts, supply agreements, project transactions etc. Johannes also provides ongoing legal advice on commercial tenancy and leasehold matters and other rights of use as well as asset management matters related to real property.
