In July 2021, Holmströmgruppen and Areim submitted a public takeover bid to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad. The offer, which was completed in August 2021, values Magnolia Bostad at approximately SEK 2.9 billion. Magnolia Bostad’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
