Optimera Svenska has divested all shares in Munktorp Träförädling AB to Woodsafe Facilities AB.
Munktorps Träförädling was founded in 1987 and specializes in the processing of timber into finished products, including planning, painting and surface treatment, and timber machining. The company has approximately 33 employees and is based in Köping, Sweden.
Optimera Svenska is one of Sweden’s leading providers of professional hardware stores, with approximately 70 sites across Sweden, and is ultimately owned by Saint-Gobain, a French multinational group listed on Euronext Paris, present in over 76 countries and employing approximately 160,000 people worldwide, specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of materials and solutions for the construction and industrial markets. The divestment forms part of Optimera’s work to sharpen its focus on its core business within the building materials trade.
