Bure Equity AB has carried out a directed share issue of 1,000 MSEK to a number of Swedish institutional investors, including Ramsbury Invest, AP4, SEB-stiftelsen, Formica Capital and Lottie Tham and family. KANTER has acted as legal advisor to Bure.

Francks Kylindustri has acquired AutomationsGruppen Södra AB and Varmt & Kallt i Linköping AB and strengthen its expertise within automation and its position in Linköping. Francks Kylindustri is a leading company within the Swedish industrial refrigeration market. The Company, founded in 1950, has approximately 200 employees and is headquartered in Norrköping. KANTER represented Francks Kylindustri in the transactions.
