Corporate/Intellectual Property – Charlotta Poehler focuses on intellectual property and commercial law. She started her career over 15 years ago at a large IP boutique law firm in New York. Upon returning to Sweden she built up a practice with focus on legal counsel to businesses with significant intellectual property values especially within fashion and design, life sciences and IT. Charlotta counsels her clients on commercial agreements, the management of and strategies for IP portfolios and the acquisition and sale of companies whose values, to a significant part, are based on intellectual property.
